"A good pizza joint with average food but great personal touch in service. The Chicken Tandoori Pasta was a bit bland while the pizza was good and had generous toppings. However, we ordered the 50:50 and really couldn't differentiate between the two sides. The garlic bread was good. The pizzas are undoubtedly the highlight, with the best Indian flavor pizzas I've had compared to other places. The cilantro basil sauce is a must-try! However, there are a few areas that need attention to take this place to the next level. Firstly, the ambiance is quite dull and uninviting. The gray color scheme and lack of paintings or decor make it feel like a missed opportunity. I would suggest switching to a more vibrant and colorful palette to create a lively atmosphere. Additionally, the display by the counter showing steak videos (which aren't even on the menu) is confusing and should be removed. Secondly, the service, while not slow, was not particularly welcoming or engaging. It felt like the staff was going through the motions without much enthusiasm or attention to customer experience. In today's competitive market, it's crucial to prioritize both the taste and the overall experience, including ambiance and service. Overall, I would still recommend Fun Pizza Kitchen for their delicious pizzas, but I hope the owner takes these suggestions to heart to enhance the overall experience for customers."
"Fun Pizza kitchen, Frisco location, All the pizza we had were great! Awesome flavor, tasted amazing! My concerns were time factors..delayed response , order taking, and delivery to your table. They are doing great job, need more man Power to handle crowds during peak hours, and on weekends specifically !! Overall experience was great.. kids loved it! Great fusion of Italian pizza with Indian spices and fusion really great !!"
