"I ordered pizza via phone to pay via check like google said is an accepted form of payment and then i ended up having to wait a little over an hour for it to arrive and then I called several minutes after the time it was supposed to arrive to be told that they only had one driver and that they had just left 4 minutes prior to me calling and that they had to switch it to door dash to get a driver which resulted in me not being able to pay via check. That was going to be my first meal of the day as I was extremely busy today. And now theres a door dash driver that is now enjoying my meal because I couldnt pay by my preferred method and was NEVER contacted about a driver shortage or the switch to a door dash driver. I like papa johns and have not eaten it for about a year and wanted to eat it again and this experience has me disappointed."
"Pizza wasn't cooked. The crust is a pale white... could have taken another 5 to 7 minutes to finish the bake... Got delivery and it was warmish... I'm sure it sat on the counter until someone showed up. Papa Track wasn't tracking... Because of the poor service and quality."
"Very disappointed, they wouldn't give you paper plates and napkins they would make excuses. wouldn't recommend this place at all!!! I would never go back to this pizza place and also they wouldn't let you use their public restroom their customer service is reckless"
"You can't walk in and order a cary out pizza unless you do it online. So I will never eat at papa john's pizza ever again. If they won't let me speak to a human and order they can go pound sand. I instead went to Marco's pizzare when you can speak to a human and order your food. Just an FYI Marco's pizza taste a hole lot better then Papa John's Pizza"
