"A shady business with a deal going on with the manager of Orange Beach Wal-Mart. They towed my car to a business that isn’t even theirs or affiliated with them. It was the only towed car there. A woman in her personal purple blazer with no logo or company clothes on had to meet from a cell phone number not a business number. She would only take cash and put in her personal wallet. She didn’t even check to see if I was the owner or have me any paperwork to sign. Had to demand a receipt or police would be called and someone from another cell phone texted a generic computer generated receipt after cash was exchanged. Felt like a shady drug deal going down and so unprofessional. Didn’t even ask if I owned the car. The only way I found it hidden between a bunch of boats behind a marine boat store was the air tag I left in it. No one even notified me and Walmart didn’t even have a clue where it went. I felt it was being stolen and my air tag saved it. It is a 2018 White Camaro RS in perfect condition. Attached is the woman and purple blazer who took the cash only. Beware people! And this is called a Google review of a so called business. Sorry, it upset who ever it wasn’t 5 stars. But it’s a review. They come good and bad. And he only asked for a receipt and was given several excuses not to get it until he had to get firm that police would be called without one. That was not rude. That’s how businesses work. You pay and they give a receipt. We shouldn’t have had to beg for one. And he asked nicely."

"We had a vehicle towed by kings on vacation. We did everything accordingly, parked in an unmarked spot where we were told to, and bought a pass. When we found the car the man who answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude. He immediately started to scream at us and his excuse was he had dealt with rowdy customers all day which we were not. He then told us that the price to get the car depended on our attitudes which is unlawful in a place of business. We played nice and had to drive 30 minutes out of our way to the most sketchy private lot with barely any other vehicles on it. The man sent us directions that we had to specially pay in cash and only one person could come out of the vehicle. We were told we would receive a receipt via text and we never did. After receiving the vehicle, I called to try to get a corporate or bureau number. The entire time we had been dealing with the owner of this “business”. He repeatedly kept asking the reason so I eventually told him. He then defended his employees actions due to having previous rowdy customers and would not provide me with anyone to contact about this issue. These people are SCAMMERS if your car is towed by them call the police and do not pay them any money. They are dangerous. Many reviews said they are violent. They even went as far as to flash their gun at my friend when discussing why they were so rude and their previous bad experiences with customers. I told them they are probably experiencing crazy people because they are the most hateful people I’ve ever had to deal with."

"Tow truck driver held me hostage. I am from out of state here on vacation. I Stopped to park at Walmart neighborhood market due to a car issue at 1 am and the tow truck driver who was actively towing a vehicle drove to where I was parked and told me I had no business there and to effing leave. I told him I would and he sat there. I got out and tried to ask where I could park and he was very rude and told me to get the eff out of the Walmart parking lot and he proceeded to call me names which I called him back. I walked back to my car and before I could put my car in reverse he blocked me in and then demanded the owner of the Walmart to “have me trespassed”. The cops came and ASSISTED ME because the tow truck driver is known to be aggressive and confrontational unnecessarily. Be careful."
