"I gave a single star because it wouldn't let me go lower. I will try to make it brief. My first appt i arrived 10-15 minutes early as requested to fill out paperwork. I waited in the lobby for an hr after my appointment time. Got to the back asked the young lady how long i was going to be waiting in the back because I took pto. She stated, “it could be another hour or so , now that you are back here you still have three people in front of you”. I set up a second appointment at the end of the day. Again arrived early and waited 45 to an hr to be told they didn't know how much longer it would be. I don't recommend them to anyone the first day 3 people walked out when i did and to others rescheduled. I feel the only person that cared in the building was the scheduler up front."

"made an appointment over the phone for dothan, went all the way there only for them to confirm that it was enterprise when i strictly told them i needed an appointment in dothan. they told me they’d call the office in enterprise to let them know i was on the way only to confirm they hadn’t called at all. front desk lady was nice and they had me in and out in minutes and but my problems felt really dismissed and pushed out of the way."

"Always greeted so warmly by the receptionist. She is very good at helping me to schedule next appointment at a time best for me. Evelyn, the nurse, was very punctual and professional in asking questions that would aid Ms. SavannahWomack, PA-C in diagnosing problems. She was very caring and took care of problems with explanations of what she was doing. Plus telling me about new prescriptions that would be ordered. She also let me know when prescriptions were sent to our pharmacist. Looking forward to returning in February."

"The receptionist is always pleasant, efficient, and helpful. I have seen three different technicians, all pleasant and capable, but today I saw Savannah Womack, and she went way above and beyond to address all my questions and needs. I thought she did a superb job. I recommend her highly."

"I LOVE the new building and especially bringing essential business to that side of the circle so it can begin to flourish. The lady at the front desk- whose name i have to remember!- was so pleasant and helpful as always, still rocking the color purple like I remember, and just a joy to interact with as soon as you walk in. The young lady who comes in first to ask about everything the physician may need to know was sweet and kind, quiet, and left you sitting in a room with ease, not anxious and impatient. Even so, the wait was like, 5 minutes! Brianna is so positive, VERY informative, extremely helpful about every single question I could come up with and I never felt self conscious. She even pointed out something I wasn't aware of because I couldn't see it, took care of everything, fixed me up in no time, had me in and out painless, all smiles, and very hopeful. Five stars recommend!"
