"People!! Dont believe all u read! Ive been a California and Florida and Oklahoma licensed skin Esthetician since 1987, over 36 years. Fortunate and blessed to have developed formulas with and be personal assistant to the developer of Retin-A, bio-chemist and dermatologist, while 14 years in Central and Southern Calif. I have personally owned Acne Clinics since 1988 there and in Florida panhandle. One thing I am clearly familiar with is PATIENT SERVICE and SKIN CARE. I saw Ramagosa for numerous SKs and some AKs, 2 months ago. The typical treatment is rapid exfoliation by liquid nitrogen spray tx. I was on time for appt, chkd in, paid copay, paperwork, then watched FOR AN HOUR while the desk clerk stacked pt charts on top of mine, not getting mine to the back office in order. I asked TWICE of said person when I would be called back but she hadnt moved my chart back. If I hadnt asked a tech calling pts (3-4) back-who arrived AFTER me- to see Dr., why I was not seeing Ramagosa yet, Id be sitting there today. She got me back after an hour+ wait. Ramag FLIES in the tx rm no apology, no discussion just ‘im ramag theyve got me booked real tight today. Lets see what uve got. Okay- ur organized thats for sure’ and SPRAY SPRAY SPRAY on my painful lesions. Then FLIES out the door. In room with me total 7-8 MINUTES IF THAT. I had also asked for a referral for my frontal skull osteomas. The med assist said she d get that and call me. NEVER CALLED. MY RESULTS: 25% of the SKs he sprayed ARE NOT HEALED- NOT REMOVED. PATHETIC MEDICAL CARE/ABILITY. SOME HE TREATED ARE WORSE THAN BFORE TX LARGER MORE TENDER AND HUGE SCARRING. HE MISSED THREE LARGE PAINFUL AK/SK LESIONS ON MY SCALP SHOWN TO HIM. TWO DAYS AGO I GET A ‘STOCK’ Dear John LETTER FROM SUNRISE DERM ADVISING ME TO FIND ANOTHER DERM. RAMAG. NAME WAS ON SALUTATION, BUT NO SIGNATURE! IVE CALLED TWO DAYS TO SEE WHAT AND WHY. Mobile and Daphne OFFICE MGRS NOT RETURNING My CALLS. More unprofessionalism. CONCLUSION: THEY DONT DISCIPLINE AN INCOMPETENT DESK CLERK BUT DISRESPECT A PATIENT, ADDING INSULT TO INJURY. The place is a joke. Ive since LEARNED A FRIEND IN BALDWIN CO SEES HIM. ON HER RECENT VISIT 2 wks ago - SHE GOT SAME RUSH ACT AND INFERIOR WORK FROM RAMAG. STEER CLEAR!!
