"Getting inside is a bit of a hassle due to security, you have to go thru a metal detector like at an airport before you can go any further. Then you have to step to the side and show them your ID so they can scan it and print you out a sticker to wear. Everyone is very friendly and fast getting you in and out."

"Insanely overcrowded. There were patients just everywhere. Crammed into little rooms, lining the hallways, they were starting ivs on basicly everybody in the ER triage and then sending back into their disgustingly unsanitary waiting room that was almost standing room only. I saw 3 different doctors none of them communicated with each other. The first wanted to admit me for observation and pain control but after several hours another doc came in just to tell me the 1st doctor had gone home for the day and the next thing I know some nurse come in to remove my IV that took me several sticks, 2 different ultrasound techs, and 5hrs to get to actually get placed out and discharges me. No instructions, no nothing!!! It was an absolute nightmare! Ended up having to go BACK to the ER the next day but this time went to Saraland Infirmary and praise the Lord had a complete opposite experience!! If you can help it DO NOT GO TO MOBILE INFIRMARY!!!"

"Very good experience with the issue I was having today that I wasn't able to get taken care of through my regular doctor in the time frame I needed. Was in and out of there in about an hour, everyone was very courteous, respectful, and sincere."

"I went here for a private emergency matter, The check-in was fairly quick, the check-in person was polite. After that, they told me to have a seat and answer some questions while they took my vitals. Nurses were nice. Then I went to the exam room, saw a really nice nurse, and the doctor came to check me like 5 minutes later. Doctor and nurse were polite and efficient. I was diagnosed, prescribed medication, and discharged. All within 1 hour. Everyone I encountered was nice and polite. I'm really glad I didn't get treated badly like in other hospitals where nurses and doctors can be rude and racist. (I'm hispanic) Good experience."
