"I have had IBS for a couple of years. The symptoms were just miserable...I went to USA seeking help. They started off with a $2000.00 dollar medicine that kinda helped. Long story short, Omeprazole was poisoning me and mimicking ibs. The Doctor had no intention of helping me and really didn't have a clue, just wanted to push the latest, most expensive pharmaceutical and make sales. Staff is inadequate at best. If you are having problems, you should look at what you are being prescribed, because no one at USA will. They say bring a list of all your medications to your initial visit, when they never even looked at my current RX list. Had I not stumbled on to the side effects of Omeprazole, I would still have debilitating IBS. I would not recommend this place at all. They treat all patients as merely a billing opportunity. Even going so far as far as billing for procedures that have absolutely no connection to IBS. After stopping Omeprazole, I no longer have any symptoms of IBS, no thanks to USA, its Doctors or their staff. Beware."

"Dr. Henderson has been a God send to my Family. We live in Pensacola Fl. and were refered to Dr. Henderson by our Gastroenterologist. My Identical twins both have NASH. One has had a liver transplant and sees Dr. Henderson for follow up care. The other twin is a liver transplant candidate. Dr Henderson follows his case and manages his care. I cannot say how lucky we were to be refered to him. His staff is also excellent and follows up promptly with return calls. Thank you Dr. Henderson and your staff for all you do for your Patients . "Dr Henderson is a brilliant physician, however his staff is not. Calling the office is 20-30 min on hold. Not sure what nurse is responsible for follow up on test results etc, but takes well over a week to hear from them and that is after I have called. Other major issues but I won’t elaborate."
