Our clinic's rich history dates back to 1949 when Grady Segrest, M.D., founded the Diagnostic & Medical Clinic on Government Street, near the Oakleigh Garden District. Over the years, our practice has grown to include esteemed physicians like John Moss, M.D.; Henry Gewin, M.D.; and Bill Atkinson, who joined forces with Dr. Segrest. In 1968, Martin Lester, M.D., expanded his practice within the clinic, further solidifying our commitment to comprehensive patient care.
In 1991, we relocated to the Mobile Infirmary campus, where we continue to foster a strong relationship, thanks in part to Dr. Lester's enduring leadership as the senior partner.
