"I don't know the name of the doctor I saw but he seemed fine as far as bedside manner goes. I also had a very minimal wait to be seen. The issue I have is that I've called every day to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy( non narcotic it's for headaches) and they still haven't sent it. I was told up to 24 hours. Now it's Friday, it's been 4 days and Christmas is Monday so I'll have to go until Tuesday, Wednesday, next year maybe at their rate of urgency to get this prescription? My mri order was said to have been faxed, it wasn't received by the imaging center either. This is completely unprofessional and also medical neglecence."

"used to love this place when dr. cordina was there several years ago but, it has went severally down hill. my blood pressure medicine hit me too hard during my visit today and the incompetent nurses didn't know how to deal with it and couldn't find me a wheel chair so i wouldn't blackout until they were ready for me to leave. and the doctor would not see me if they could not weigh me which would have required standing up when i was trying to keep from passing out. the cop that came to check on me in the parking lot and tell me they wanted me off the property, while i was waiting for my bp to come up enough for me to safely drive, was more helpful and professional than any of the other staff there. can't believe i was having a medical episode like that right in front of them and they treated me like that. they freaking owe me an apology but i expect hades to freeze over before i get one. but shoutout to that officer if he ever reads this! their security guards suck but they do have a good police force. but this was one of the worst medical visits i have ever had in all my 40 years of life! UPDATE: i just realized that if i passed out in traffic and killed someone then the cop and doctor's office could have been sued since they ran me off from there when i was clearly having a medical issue. wonder if that is why the cop was nicer than the medical staff and more concerned about me since he had to ask me to leave the premises. i hope that wasn't the case and that he was just a truly good cop but, i wonder now."

"I went to them because I was referred, I will never ever go back. They didn't know what to tell me about my condition but after some research I figured it out and called them asking for a call back from the NP so I could ask her about it and I have never gotten a call back and was told I had to basically live with it. Which I don't. Never again."

"After 2 and a half years full of seizures, pain, MRI’s, and multiple doctors appointments, Dr Juan Ochoa was the first to officially diagnose me with focal partial seizures and a brain tumor in my right temporal lobe. The last year and a half have been the best of my life thanks to him and my neurosurgeon, Matthew Pearson."

"In the US, or at least the state of AL. After a surgery you can be prescribed painkillers for UP TO 6 months according to Doctor Menger. I had a spinal fusion, one of the most painful surgeries to have an recover from. I was only given a 1 week prescription to get over it, and had to beg for another week in the office. So you're telling me I could have kept 6 months worth of medicine for days when I can even roll over in bed, but you only wanted to give 2 weeks worth to get over one of the most painful surgeries/ recoveries? After that, I call to get at least a refill on my MUSCLE RELAXERS, NON ADDICTIVE, am told I would have to go to the pain management place who laughed when I asked what I would be put on my pain, and only other suggestion was another invasive surgery. I was told by Doctor Menger this place would help me as they could no longer do it. In all, Doctor Meneger can help you but refuses to help where he can, only where he has to. He gives the absolute bare minimum and doesn't want to hear your cries or see your tears. Besides, he can't feel your pain, so why would he care?"
