Dr. Esses, a graduate of Northwestern University Medical School, has been serving the Mobile community since 1995. Together with Dr. Makamson, who established Alabama's first outpatient endovascular lab, and Ms. Fleming, a dedicated PA-C, our team is committed to delivering exceptional care for conditions such as peripheral artery disease, carotid artery disease, and abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA).

Great outcomes for all of them unless the patient has uncontrolled medical issues that are non related to the procedure he perform, and also if the patient is non compliant. But one thing about him, He is going to do his best to save whatever he is working on. Ive also witness him making a way out of no way with certain procedues, it just blows my mind!
