"I would never donate on my own accord (needle phobia), but thanks to the doctors orders I ended up at Lifesouth. Thankfully the ladies there are the nicest, most professional, and helpful when it comes to the process of donating. They took care of me through the whole process (during which I passed out). Can’t recommend them enough for what they do."

"Went in as a first-time donor a few days ago. The facility is super clean and well-kept. The staff was so kind, was open to all my questions as a first-time donor and kept checking in on me. The staff member who inserted the needle did a great job and it didn't hurt anymore than a normal blood draw at routine doctor appointments."

"Stopped by a Lifesouth bus parked in the At Home parking lot yesterday. Upon entering the bus NO ONE had masks on. I said no thank you, this is not a safe environment. Two or three people are following me in and they don't have masks on either. As I'm immediately exiting the bus on the other side I'm trying to get by a worker coming in and I say I'm out of here, no masks. She says "I can put one on". A little late. Of course you don't necessarily have to have a mask on outside away from others, but you should put on your mask "prior" to entering the bus. Appears to not be a well managed organization lacking safety protocols for everyone involved, donors and staff. I realize I'm in the land of luddites (Mobile), but you should have a higher level of responsibility when you hold yourself out as a quasi-medical organization."
