"Doctor was not very friendly or receptive. Came in for a recheck because one eye was still blurry in both pairs of glasses and in contacts and problems with the peripheral vision being blurry. Doctor said they wanted to keep the same numbers because they believed it was still in the right range. During the exam I tried asking questions and making comments such as not being sure if the letter I was seeing was accurate and at one point forgot what number they had given me and said the previous one looked better, to which the doctor said " I need you to pick one this is previous # or new # ". I did not feel like they were actually trying to help me. (LensCrafters employees were really nice though they helped me a lot)."
"friendly staff and the doctor was very fun and easy to talk to. i usually have bad doctors anxiety but i quickly knew i was in good care! will definitely be back next year and i highly recommend :)"
