"The employee who took my order was very cheerful and nice however my drink was made with waaay too much ice, this is the drink I always get so I know what a normal amount is. There was barely any actual drink, so it was over in what felt like a few sips. Which sucks because Starbucks is not cheap."

"They basically played in my drink. I came in the drive thru 30 minutes prior to closing. I ordered a tall caramel ribbon crunch double blended, extra crunch, and extra drizzle. When handed my drink I was told “since you want extra caramel we gave you about a cups full of it haha and split it into two cups for you.” As you can see in the picture, both cups were just full of caramel and tasted nothing like the drink that I know and love. I mixed the drink in the smaller cup but it still was not good. Will not be coming back."

"Five stars for the food/beverage category seems appropriate, but if I could give more than five stars in the service and atmosphere categories, I would. All of the employees that I have interacted with at this location are on top of their game and do their best to make sure that every customer they interact with is greeted with a friendly smile and given the best customer service possible. I love the open concept layout of the seating and the music is always enjoyable (and doesn't feel like bad elevator music). I've seen so many people walk out of the store with a smile on their face because of the way the employees make a point to get to know their customers, even if it is the first time they are visiting the store. Don't judge a book by its cover (or a store by its reviews) and go give this new Starbucks a try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised when you do!"

"Nothing is ever in stock and these guys cannot make a drink to save their lives. Meanwhile the one on jubilee is much better and you can still get what you want by the end of the day."
