Full Of Grace Catering

"Beware if booking with Ramona with full of grace. After reading the full of grace cover letter and receiving information through messenger I decided to go on and pay my deposit. In the cover letter and information from her, it states the deposit is $500. That’s all. When I got my contract through my email after I paid the deposit, it states the deposit is a $500 non refundable deposit. The way she sent the contract, I was not able to fill it out online. We have decided to go another route and not use her as a caterer. I asked for my money back since i was told it was just a deposit. She told me it was a non refundable deposit but the only thing that said that was the contract I did not sign. I am now still trying to get my money back and she is refusing. I have given her a 7 month notice and since she only had “one spot left”, I know it won’t be hard for her to find somebody else. Do not trust her and make sure you have your contract before giving her money."

"Did not get what we were promised, despite it being in the contract. Charcuterie tables were extremely disappointing. They completely forgot all of the mashed potato bar, which is what we most wanted. Crab dip was inedible. Very disappointing!"

"If I could put no stars, I would! This caterer got the dates of my brother-in-law’s wedding wrong after weeks of communication. They left them without food and service only an hour before the wedding. Their response was, “My hands are tied” and “I guess I will refund your money”. This sent my family into a panic to find food for a whole wedding at the last minute. I’ve never seen a more unprofessional situation. Please do not make the same mistake and use this company."

"Full of Grace catered my sons wedding on October 8th at Ates Ranch Milton FL Ramona was so easy to work with and always answered any questions promptly. I can not say enough about the staff they were so attentive and friendly. The food was amazing, we got so many compliments about it and that this was the best buffet they have ever had at a wedding. I unfortunately did not get any pics, but it was AMAZING Thank you so much Ramona!"

"Disappointment Full Of Grace attempted to cater our sons rehearsal dinner, and to say that it was an unorganized, chaotic mess is truly an understatement. I received a call at 1800 while I was at the wedding rehearsal, because of catering issues. When my daughter Laura called and spoke with Ramona because only parts of the food were setup, at 1803 with plans, which you stated, to EAT at 1830……that was truly the bright spot of your service. There were items strewn everywhere, food was left uncovered and unattended for hours, Laura was there at 1630, the 7 layer dip was out, uncovered, and unrefrigerated prior to her arrival and the food was not presentable until 7pm. The reason stated was not that there was another party as you said, but the lack of sterno to keep our food warm……..the attendants stated that they were not left with any and were “looking for some and that’s why we were late” but still chose to come without any. If it weren’t  for our family going to the store and buying both sterno, and water (which we were told would be provided) we would have had cold food. Throughout the reception, the staff continuously struggled to catch up and maintain an adequate food supply. At 710 the staff had to be asked to please step aside so we could pray because they were still attempting to setup, 40 minutes after the stated start time. 10 minutes into service, your staff were holding up the food line while digging through a box to find a spoon for cheese. They also chose to, and acknowledged to guests, put out cold food. At several points, the family, and THE BRIDE were clearing the tables for guests which we were also told would be done by your staff. The following day, Saturday, the caterers had the charcuterie table collapse while setting up for the wedding reception. Weather this was the Caters fault or the venues, The staff was caught attempting to reuse the food that was picked up off of the floor, the catering staff had to be told that this was unacceptable and they would not be serving that to our guests. Overall, I’m not sure your staff could have done a more unacceptable job on this monumental event. This was a special occasion for my family, and our friends which you were a great disappointment to. A total disappointment in your service is, quite frankly, the best that I can say. Donna Prickett"
