I started at CFDZ just a few days short of 6 months ago now. I started off with the 6 week challenge and loved it! All of the coaches are so helpful and sincerely care about your progress toward your goal. The coaches are amazing, but it doesn't end there when it comes to support. I really think that we have one of the best CrossFit families out there. I am stressing the "family." We all support each other on a daily basis. For example, "Where were you yesterday? We missed you!" or... yelling and cheering when you hit a new personal record. If you are reading this and have goals that you want to meet, but just don't know where to start, just trust me and come to Dark Zone! You will never regret your decision if you come in ready to put the work in! I do have to shout out to Coach Nick, he's seriously the greatest.
