"I have only good things to say about this gym. Ive been going there for about 8 weeks I missed one week and so far I've lost 7lbs . I've always wanted to learn muay thai specifically and this is the place for that I've tried various places that claim to teach muay thai but honestly I think coach Ferraz is the only person qualified to do so . As a shy person in new environments this place is perfect because the culture is not of jerks its of others helping others and boosting morale and confidence. From the coach to the 'veterans' they have a mentality of being nice and helping the newer people learn and I can say if you want to learn muay thai this is place for you . The prices are great too I'm able to learn 5 days a week sometimes 2x a day which is another plus ."
