"The treadmill workouts were great, the weight training wasn’t really a program I wanted to follow. I had a bad experience with their admin where I couldn’t use their online services to reserve a class and every time I would go in I’d have to spend more than 20 minutes to figure out the issue and no one could fix it. I decided to cancel my membership because of the weight training not being exactly what I wanted and the issues I experienced. The staff is friendly and the treadmill workouts were great! I just had a bad experience."

"I tried out a class here when I first moved to Pensacola! I love the idea of tracking your HR and the science behind the workout… it was fun, too! I love trying different stations because I don’t get bored and before I know, it’s over haha they have lockers… parking isn’t a problem! They do limit shower time to 15 min and it’s a super small space outside the shower. One of the things I love about a gym is being able to shower after a workout and take my time to get ready to go to work before I’m going non stop the rest of the day! The instructor was encouraging & motivating!"
