Todd is a trainer's trainer, a guy that you can learn from regardless of how much you know (or think you know, lol!). He's also great with beginners and everyone in between. I sent my mom to him because I knew she'd be safe and taken care of despite advanced age and multiple joint replacements. My favorite part about Florida Power Yoga is the welcoming energy.
