"Doctor Arnold is one of the very best doctors I have ever been to or been treated by. His “bed side manner” as a doctor is the best I’ve ever seen. He is caring and always looks out for me and my best interest. Anyone who has anything bad or negative to say about him or his practice obviously is upset about not being able to get on whatever pain medication they want or is upset because he called you out on something. Like lying. He’s just too compassionate and professional to act in any of the ways people on here have described. I give Doctor Arnold 5 stars! Would give him 10 if it was an option. He’s a great man and a very knowledgeable doctor!!! And his staff is great too! They go out of their way to help their patients."

"Worst doctor I've have ever had. He couldn't call in a prescription and proceeded to scream at his staff until they all quit. Then he blamed my wife and I for not having a staff anymore. Explosive temper . Unprofessional! How could I get his entire staff to quit by making 3 polite phone calls? You tell me .... BEWARE ! This guy needs to retire!!!!"
