I had rescheduled my first appointment because I had no transportation and it was fine, I go on time to the rescheduled appointment and after going through hell he tells the front desk he does not wanna see me. That was very low class and trashy also unprofessional and due to my circumstances very insensitive, how can horrible people like this walk the earth and make life harder for vulnerable people, I literally left that place crying"

"Having to meet Dr. Kagan turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made. After relocating to Florida my right knee replacement was not getting better, impacting my walking and balance, and, I was then half a continent away and a year latter from my original surgery. Being sure I had done something wrong and damaged the replacement I pigheadedly went about another year waiting for it to heal or just get better. Never said I was the brightest bulb in the chandler. My dear wife finally prodded me to have a professional at least look at it. Research brought me to Dr. Kagan whose, after reading hundreds of reviews, negative issues reported had to do with wait time. I am of the old school of thought in that if you want something done right you give it to the busy man/women. He immediately took in my information, had his team X-ray my knee and found that my replacement had come lose (scared the heck out of me). This was all happening at the height of dear ol’ Covid. He and his team managed to get me scheduled immediately and safely with all needed precautions and excellent communication and care. It is now a year after the operation and I am happy to report all is great. The rehabilitation team was thoughtful and kind, the surgery team and staff did a wonderful job. "Really like Dr. K very nice to talk with and his staff are very friendly, Dr. K is a seasoned vet and will explain everything in detail to help improve your issue. Physical therapy section is awesome great motivators that will help your healing. I had a partial knee replacement I walked out of the surgery center with my walker, improved very fast and walking normal within 2 weeks riding my bicycle in 6 weeks now 1 1/2 years feeling great and daily riding my bike 5.5 miles"
