"So disappointed with Dr. Thomas my son waited for months to get in as a new patient needed a consult for swelling of his feet, ankles and calves, chest pain. Said he needed to see a psychiatrist and if he wanted bloodwork he could get it, never addressed the swelling. I mean really he’s a new patient to you and you should have ordered blood work and his father had heart issues, so he did absolutely nothing for my son. I would never recommend him"

"Needed new family doctor after moving to Florida. After prescribing a medication for arthritis, would not fill prescription for added 7 days while traveling 6k miles away. His written prescription are not accepted in Hawaii. So I complained about it to him, so I guess I hurt his EGO. Instead admitting he was wrong, he says I need to find a new doctor. If he does not want to take care of his patient needs. He really needs to find different job. I had 2 other doctors over 40 years, never once have they said won't help you. Secondly he he seems bored when your trying explain what's going, he just is in a hurry to get out office. Don't need someone to hold my hand, need someone to listen enough to understand what's going on in my world. Then show some respect to position he leaves you. My wife and I had already discussed maybe we need find a doctor that's more engaged with patients. Good luck if you use him!"

"I have been to many Doctors. None can compare to Dr.Thomas. He cares. He LISTENS. I feel heard and taken care of. I highly recommend. Note- I have read other reviews complaining he never shook their hand. Well I don't think he ever has shaken my hand in the four years I have been his patient but I never even noticed. I was too busy being taken care of by him and his wonderful staff."

"I love Dr. Thomas! he's so friendly and personable. I really feel like he listens when i talk. Great guy and great office all around. Edit: people complaining he didn't shake their hand are hilarious. Do you know how disgusting the average persons hands are? For the record, he shakes my hand every time. But, i wash my hands in the room and let him know. Lol"

"I recently moved to the area from out of state so I set up an appointment with Dr. Thomas. I told the lady on the phone what medication I needed refilled and she told me that all I needed to do was bring in an old bottle to show Dr. Thomas as proof (I was first prescribed this medication years ago). When I arrived Dr. Thomas didn't even have the manners to reach out and shake my hand. He was short and seemed like he had somewhere better to be. On top of all this he wouldn't even give me my medication, even though I had asked when I set up my appointment. Even the girl at the checkout desk was rude. Terrible place. I'd drop a cinder block on my toe before going back to see Jerry."
