Dr. Lisa Jean-Pierre saved my life a couple weeks ago, countless doctors didn't listen to me and my problem was debilitating... When I did get to see her substitute, a PA, he was not helpful, was argumentative and not caring. Her office staff, scheduling, and follow-ups leave much to be desired in a professional office."

"I am a 68 yo man that has had many positive and some very negative encounters with PCPs and medical docs in general. I am completely taken aback by the one review that Dr. Milko received and I believe it to be unfair, untrue and just wrong. I had problems with my healthcare provider and my PCP severing relationships and I was caught in the middle with no PCP. I had quite a time getting to Dr Milko after going through a few docs in my Healthcare Plan. 1st off Dr. Milko has the time now to get to know me as a patient asking focused questions to understand my situation. Not just spending 10 minutes with me after my waiting in various little rooms for long periods. Dr. Milko's practice is brand new which why only limited patients currently. And who has a problem with "plenty of parking"? Not me. I just happen to know that she has had some difficulty hiring capable people which is why there may be a lag in labs reports. My review is that I would guess that when her practice is matured, Dr. Milko will be known as one of the most thorough, most capable and best docs out there. If you want truly personal treatment with kindness and a caring manner, go to doc Milko. Oh yeah, I can't forget about her office person Caitlin. She is great also."

"Communication? NONE! I'm trying to find out results of lab work from Doctor Milko. She has not returned my call or answered the office phone. I've contacted Holly at Access Health, who has been cooperative and helpful but I don't believe she has been able to communicate with anyone in Dr's office either. One doctor in office. Occasionally someone might be there to answer phone. If you want a doctor who is available and has a staff or someone in the office to answer the phone, Dr. Milko is not the doctor for you."
