"Dr castiniera is wonderful, so 5 stars for her. That said, I found the check in person to be extremely rude and almost left because of her. There is absolutely no cause to argue with the customer!!! When someone stands at your window to check in and you don't acknowledge them and then defends yourself with "I didn't know why you were standing there, you have to walk up and state your name", then customer service is not your field. PLEASE NOTE: Dr Castineira cares so much about her patients that she phoned me at home to talk about my review!"
