"After being diagnosed with stage four cancer of undetermined origin we came to Largo for a second opinion. After being told a referral was necessary I contacted Dr Dean’s office. The receptionist had an attitude from the beginning and then put the office manager on the phone. It became clear that the receptionist acts like that because the office manager is even more rude. They both interrupted me repeatedly and when the manager was asked if she would like to be treated this way or her family treated rudely she said she would guarantee I would not be seen in her office. Apparently they believe patients are to accept being treated rudely and ask for more mistreatment and then thank them for the privilege of being treated like something they stepped in. It makes me wonder if Dr Dean knows how they act and uses it as a tool to manage her caseload. It’s unfathomable to me that someone working in a doctors office would speak to someone this way, much less a manager and especially a cancer patient."

"I talked to the front desk receptionist to make an appointment for the first time but she was rude, gave 1 word answers and was very quick to dismiss me and hang up and all she told me was not accepting new patients without explaining why and that’s it."

She is very compassionate, and helps with finding the true issue and treats the problem without pushing medicine on you. Mrs. Mary, her nurse is just as wonderful and just as caring! "Dr. Kimberly Dean is the most amazing woman I've had the honor to have in my life! She genuinely cares for each and every one of her patients!!! She has been in my life since my mom took me for my first physical at the age of 7! I'm now 35, and no matter where I have moved, I have always returned to her care! And I would drive 3 counties just to be with a physician who knows me, my entire family, and who knows what care I need more than what I think I want! She has always been surrounded by the best staff, as well as the best partner physicians! However my very favorite is Mary, who has been with her longer than I have and has always held a special place in my heart! Definitely recommend any of the Doc's in her practice and you will not be disappointed!"
