The ankle sprain caused a knee issue and I also have some lower back instability. Her exercises are really creative and she knows how to modify so you aren't compensating and you're building a stronger foundation. I'm so stoked that connected with her! I recently moved to the Tampa area from Boston and was apprehensive on the level of care I’d receive from a person I had never heard of. "Melissa was phenomenal!! If I could give 10 ⭐️‘s I would. I injured my hip severely before the CrossFit open with a goal of competing at the ACC in June. Not being able to squat without excruciating pain had me worried I would not be able to compete. She was able to put my mind at ease and was confident we’d be able to recover in time to compete. Within a couple of months she was able to help me get back to deep squatting and able compete at the ACC. She was able to see me right away and prescribe exercises and start my road to recovery. She kept in constant contact throughout the entire process. I was able to see her before my competition and got the “Good to Go”. I was prescribed more exercises to continue to build up strength and come back better than ever. She is a true miracle worker.
