Dr. DiBetta earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree and a graduate degree in biomedical sciences from the prestigious Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Our skilled team includes board-certified professionals such as Dr. Urrutia, Dr. Keith, and Dr. Eckstein, each bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to family medicine. We also have Alicia Pratt, a Family Nurse Practitioner, who offers compassionate and expert care.
We are proud to be a network provider for Humana, offering Medicare Advantage Plans that include prescription drug coverage and more. Our practice ensures that you receive the care you need when you need it, with regular appointments scheduled at least twice a year. Depending on your health needs, additional services such as blood work or specialist referrals may be provided. For chronic conditions or specialized care such as our Coumadin Clinic, more frequent visits may be arranged.

"Agree with the last review. Asking for a referral is like pulling teeth with this doctor. I was told that we would have weekly communication concerning my mother's condition and that she did not need a specialist as he could handle her condition. Two weeks later we were informed that he would no longer be able to see my mother. This of course was not done by him personally but he had his nurse practitioner convey the message."
