After decades of serving the Largo community, DCMG has made the heartfelt decision to close our doors. Our last day of patient care will be August 28, 2024, with the official closure on August 31, 2024. This decision is aligned with the strategic direction of our parent company, GuideWell, to focus on delivering seamless, high-quality, and affordable primary care services through Florida Blue | Sanitas Medical Centers.

"He's not taking new patients and they try to pass you off to other doctors when you call. Woman who answered was so rude I said bye and hung up....The search continues. I wish 0 stars was an option."

"Someone asked the question of where did he go. Unfortunately the answer is that no one knows. He disappeared. The only conclusion that makes any sense is in the witness protection program. I had another doctor say that he’s probably in jail. That really made me mad and obviously it’s not true. I guess the other doctor didn’t understand that we would know that because it would be public record. And anyone who has met this doctor would know that it could never be true. Maybe someday he will come back. But unfortunately we have to face the fact that it might not happen. He has a wife and a daughter. I sure hope they are all safe. I think another doctor and one nurse vanished at the same time. So that makes me believe that he is alive. If not, how come know one changed this google page? Dr Paul Wallace is the best doctor i ever had. He had a photographic memory and he saved my life at least twice. He is so handsome and kind that even the men love him and think he’s a good looking man. He has pictures of his wife and daughter in all of his rooms. There is only one major problem. I called there today and he’s gone.No one knows where he went"

"I'm giving Dr Wallace a one-star rating even though I have not seen him as a patient. This is based on my pre-patient experience with his staff. In January 2021 I made an appointment as a new patient to establish a relationship with Dr Wallace. I had to wait 6 weeks for the appointment as they said he's extremely busy. In March a few days before the appointment I received an automated message confirming the appointment and then a few minutes later I received a message from his office saying the appointment is canceled because of scheduling issues. I rebooked for an appointment in April having to wait an additional five or six weeks. I showed up at the office today checked in and was told I was scheduled to meet with his physicians assistant and not Dr Wallace. I spoke to a patient coordinator and they could not explain to me what caused the scheduling issue. They also informed me that if I was willing to wait an hour to an hour and a half they could fit me in to meet with him between appointments. As a new patient it doesn't feel right to be fitted in between other patients, what kind of care level would I get or is he just trying to get me out of the office what kind of care level would I get. They told me they could reschedule and the next available appointment was in June. As I stated before if I could I would give Dr Wallace a zero star rating based on my experiences just trying to set up an appointment and meeting with him to develop the patient physician relationship physician relationship. No one in the office could explain to me what happened."

"Dr Paul Wallace along with his nurse practitioners offer excellent service and never rush you they actually make the time to get to know you and listen to your concerns about your health and never leave any stone unturned. If you are shopping for a above and beyond Dr look no further you’ve struck Gold here! It’s a ********** 10 ⭐️ practice."

"Extremely great primary care physician. Very professional, competent and personable. Covers all the bases to ensure high quality health care. He never hesitates to refer you to a specialist if any questions arise. His staff is also highly skilled and very nice. His Nurse Practitioner, Tara Dixon, Ph D, ARNP is also fantastic as is his Physicians Assistant, Corey Ackerman PA-C. I would highly recommend this physician and his staff."
