"Lacking basic customer service skills. Wanted to supported local business this year. Visited the Tin City location 12/7 to purchase a Christmas gift for a work party. The sales woman helping was extremely rude and condescending throughout the entire transaction. When I was asking about what scents they put together in special sets, I was told “you cant smell a set now can you?” Would not recommend."
"Been using Naples soaps for years, but I won’t be back to this location. Store manager is extremely pushy and will take it personally if you don’t buy her recommendations. Super uncomfortable shopping experience, had this happen twice here with the same person. Love the products, but save yourself and hit up the other locale."
