"This place is definitely not one you’d want to visit for good Mexican treats. The mangonadas are frozen and premade and put in the microwave to thaw out like?! I’m Mexican and have never seen an ice cream shop do this. This business is overall just so unprofessional and the place looked so dirty on the inside, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but was disappointed."

"I visit this place often, the other day I accidentally bumped a mangonada after getting my drink from the counter. It fell and I felt terrible, we tried to clean it with napkins. I assumed they would just remake it, they did not. Not only did they not remake it, they charged me for it. Which I was surprised, for one they have them frozen and stick them in microwaves, they are not freshly made. I will never come back here again. I had taken some friends who were visiting Naples. Huge Disappointment. What upset me even more when I asked the lady why I was being charged she told me I dropped it not her, and smirked at me. Like mam, you placed them so close to each other, it was an accident! Reply: I never expected her to clean our feet? How did you make that assumption, neither did we humiliate anyone. Please do release the footage to show I did not throw it or purposely drop the mangonada, the fact that you responded with threats and assumptions tells me all I need to know. My daughter and my friend's daughter were there they witnessed everything! How dare you say I would humiliate another person! That was not at all my complaint!!! Anywhere you go if you drinks spills or ice cream falls they replace it, rather than just charge you for something you did not eat!!! I guess this is how you run your store!!! Disgusting!"

"I was visiting Naples and was in the mood for a mangonada. I found this place on Google and allowed my GPS to take me there. As soon as I ordered the mangonada the young man behind the counter grabbed what appeared to be a pre-made mangonada and proceed to thaw it out in the microwave. that was my first sign that I should have stopped there. He then took it out of the microwave and started trying to mix it up as some parts appeared to be thawed and others did not, and then he proceeded to add the rest of the mangonada ingredients. By the time he served it to me the mangonada was overflowing with chamoy tahin and mango bits. It was nothing but one big red mess. the actual mangonada sherber inside was Freezer burned. I paid. About $9 for this mongoonada and I ended up throwing it a way .I was so disappointhis place is horrible. A Mexican ice cream shop that cannot make a fresh mango. Nada, what is this! Horrible horrible experience. The first step in running a small business is not assuming anything about the customer that walks in. Then you might try listening to what they have to say, especially when the same comment has been made by OTHER customers. Without customers, you do not have a business. These reviews can make you or break you. More importantly, your responses can do the same. These comment should serve you as a starting point to see where you can improve your business if it needs improving. Instead, you have showed that you are too proud to accept criticismand that you have perfected your craft. You are distancing those who may be wanting to experience the wonderful flavors of a Mexican paletería for the first time, by serving them absolute OVERPRICED GARBAGE. As for me, I know better and will simply chalk this up to a bad business model that cannot improve under your current management. Good luck."
