"This review is in regards to the Manager Kyle. I recently went to the At&t store the Logan landings plaza. Kyle was the employee who assisted me. I needed a new phone because my phone had been damaged. I had told Kyle my situation. I then proceeded to purchase a new phone he told me it’d be a better idea to buy a new phone instead of paying off the one I had. I took his word on it because I figured he was being honest. Definitely wasn’t what I expected. Instead Kyle decided to charge me for a new phone line additionally instead of him recommending me to just payoff my damaged phone so I wouldn’t continue to pay the monthly service on it plus the new phone line. Aside from that he changed my PHONE PLAN TO PREMIUM PHONE PLAN WHICH IS $90 a MONTH INSTEAD OF MY STARTER AT $60. HE ADDED AN INSURANCE PLAN AS WELL. I DIDN’T REQUEST FOR THESE ADDITIONS ON MY PLAN! I called customer service & then they told me how to approach the situation & I went to another store. Be aware of this slimy behavior by the Manager Kyle at this location for trying to sneak plans & additions onto your phone plan. All for some commission I hope this costs you your job so you don’t attempt to do this to another customer you scum!"
