"Beware when you buy. Shipping and delivery are two different things. Shipping from Tennessee to the business location is free. I asked if shipping was free and was told it was. Delivery to your location is extra. Very deceptive here. Delivery is an extra $450. Follow up after speaking with the owner - He repeatedly said that he couldn't understand how I could leave a poor review since I am a business owner as well, it's because I'm a consumer. He said "what goes around comes around, think of me when you get a bad review" I took as a threat of he'll leave a bad review on a business I own. The extra charge for delivery is in the contract in small print, but on the backend, when they deliver. which is doubley deceptive. I was told this is standard in the industry. But, why not say to the customer 'would you like to pay for the delivery now or at time of delivery'"
