"This company and it's family owners are hands down the most caring, professional, and quite frankly, nicest shipping outfit I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I had a lazy delivery driver deliver my package to the Incorrect address and this company had to spend hours and hours working with the delivery company to make right the mistake the delivery company made. I was told by the huge company that I was simply out of luck and that they were not refunding me anything. The team at Ship it Easy did not agree with that decision and went to work to get me a refund on my lost package. It wasn't easy and took over a month of persistent advocating on my behalf but they prevailed and the big company took responsibility for their carelessness. This family owned and operated shipping company are the heart and soul of this country and a real testament to what customer service is supposed to be. The BEST!"
