"Worst store ever , put bad staff in a new store . I was told I could get Schwarzkopf, color books or kits . By the manager ! Staff refuse to exchange my line for a new one . Went in when manager was there and manager had the associate do it , same associate that said she couldn’t . It didn’t need manager approval either . Overall not friendly and does not want reliable business. Now I go to largo location . They gave me everything I needed no drama and great people . Update : I spoke with the manager it was a perfect storm during that during that . I will continue to visit this location ."

"Great, clean and well organized store. This is not a store for normal customers, you need a cosmetology license to shop. Crystal was super helpful finding exactly what I needed and offered suggestions of products I hadn’t used before. It’s really refreshing experience having someone in retail know and care about the product lines and also super friendly. I’ll definitely be back!"

"Very rude. Was walking around the plaza looking in stores, came in just to look around only to rudely be told that if we don’t have a license we can’t shop here. That’s fine I get it if that’s their policy, however it was the way she so rudely told us to leave that gets the one star. Not only that but there are no signs whatsoever on the outside or inside of the store saying that you must be licensed to shop here. Just go to another beauty store where they won’t try to kick you out for just looking."

"I am a Cosmetology and Barbering instructor at a public high school in Tampa, but live in Pinellas so my go to CosmoProf is very convenient in Seminole. I have been going to this store since it was at Eagle Park - over the years built more of a friendship with the staff at that store! Crystal, the manager,who is always helpful with recommendations and Ilianna who calls me when out of stock items come back in, Bonnie who has helped me with donations to my program, I am at a Title I school so my students are high needs and Debbie who came from an entirely different store and continues to be a wonderful, kind and helpful associate. It is important to build relationships with patrons and they do an excellent job. Instead of ordering on the app I highly recommend coming into their beautiful new store and meeting them! New products becoming available often and I am always up for trying new ones! This is a long post, but the staff at this store reflects the positive culture this company is building with our professional community."
