"I really thought I had walked into Ross. I usually shop at the TJ Maxx in Seminole which is clean and orderly and a bit more upscale than Ross or Marshalls. I went to the one on Seminole boulevard and frankly it was a mess. Nothing was organized in any kind of sensible fashion. I won't go back. I'll stick to the one in Seminole."

"On November 5 I bought a hair dryer and it doesn't work, on November 9 I went to return it and I wanted my money back, I bought it with a credit card with Apple Pay, and I showed them a receipt on my phone but Mona and Cindy didn't want to give my money back and they only gave me a card to buy at the store. I work in Retail and I know that when a product is damaged it corresponds to the refund of my money and if I buy it with a card there is a way to find the receipt. It was just a bad disposition of the staff and I hope they better train the attention of the public. Thank you"

"This is a good store. It is typically pretty disorganized and dirty to be honest, unfortunately. The deals are pretty good though. There is a plethora of kitchen items, bags, and beauty supplies (clothes are a given). Stock is inconsistent so it's hit and miss if you are shopping for something specific (let's say a sport coat/suit jacket for example). If you have the time, take your chances. You never know what you could find for a great deal."

"Lots and lots of parking at this TJ Maxx. It also has more sizes in the items I needed. Employees are also friendly and accommodating. I exchanged the small PJs for the Medium, and I found loungewear pants for girlfriends. I headed to customer service for my exchange and new purchases. If this were not so far from home, I’d come here all the time. For greater selection, I’ll come here when others can’t help me!"
