"Terrible, shake and Go, party City wigs. I went back a few hours later and asked if I could pay the difference and get a more expensive, better wig. The giant man running a place said nothing could be done. The quality you see on the shelves is by far superior to what they hand you. I wasted a lot of money because let's face it nobody can pay freaking rent right now. And now I'm not going to have no money for a wig. Hella customer service skills, these guys."
"The owner does not allow customers to try on wigs, not even with a cap. I talked about this with an other customer as a strange policy. The store clerk got very angry and escorted me out of the store almost pushing me. He said we were not allowed to talk to other customers. It was all very bizarre. I sure will never return."
"Bought a red human hair wig from here tried to bleach and color it just to find out it is synthetic, spent over $100 on synthetic hair that was advertised as pure human. I’m not very happy with this store and recommend knowing what you want and are looking for before looking at their hair. Usually the employees at hair stores are helpful with trying to find particular things when you have no idea what you are doing. The only thing he managed to ask was which one do I want and then tried to sell me a $900 “human hair” wig. Other than that the color selection is decent."
"This is the worst beauty supply store ever. When I do patronize there's never any customers here, but prices r reasonable since this is closet coming from north, but I get ready to check out & I see him watching me on video. U know I'm so tired of that but, ok just ring me up. He beats me getting mad because I called him out. And then tells me to leave for trying pay for my items. Hilarious!! The store across the street jamming & u want to kick me out, cool. Ik what exactly is going on here, this is a storefront. U know what online site I'm going to next!"
