"My hair grows funky. One side is wavy, the other side is straight. She is the only person EVER in my life that can make both sides look exactly the same like the problem doesn't exist - the way she cuts it. I've seen many "master cutters" and they just did the same thing everybody else did saying "you can't fix a problem like mine where one side grows wavy and the other side straight" (of course after assuring me how they can cut my hair right and paying handsomely after the failed cut). Really? Carol did it the first time 12 years ago on the first shot, under 10 minutes and that is why I drive 45 minutes each way to see her every 4 weeks. Carol cuts my hair and it's perfect e-v-e-r-y s-i-n-g-l-e time. And her prices - she should charge double and I would pay it."
