"I would like to preface my review and say that my hairdresser did offer to fix my hair another time. However, I chose not to return to the salon for several reasons. As someone who usually does my own hair, and has had issues in the past (at other salons) with stylists not 'getting' what I'm saying - I decided to try again with a recommendation from a friend. This time I described a soft highlight that would look blended, rather than streaks or anything harsh. Unfortunately, I received the latter. I'm not sure what happened with the huge chunk in the front of my part and patches; it was suggested that, 'when clients look down at their phones, it can move the foils', although we were so busy having pleasant conversation, I don't believe I looked down at my phone for more than 5 minutes, if that. I had to leave right after my appointment, so it took me a few hours to notice what had happened since my hair was parted on the side (not how I normally wear it). I really wanted to have ONE day that a busy mom of 2 could enjoy, but instead I've got to fix my $100 mistake, or rock a side part to cover it. I don't think I would recommend."
