"In need of a professional massage? My masseuse was Tina a very cordial and pleasant lady who was empathetic to my chronic spine condition. She was able to annihilate the muscle spasms I was having within the hour massage with deep tissue/pressure point style. This location was newly remodeled and was kept very clean. "I will not be back to this place! It was very unprofessional. The masseur left the room at least 15 times, she left me naked and exposed, not bothering to close the door behind her when she would leave. I could hear a TV over the gentle music playing in the room. Slamming the microwave door to get the hot rocks in and out. Other doors also slamming. The masseur grazed my intimate areas several times, lifted and spread my leg - while naked on the table without the sheet to cover my lady bits! Usually the sheet remains over your private areas, not the case at all here. I was completely exposed and naked. Usually when asked to flip over they hold the sheet slightly up so you can flip. Not here, the sheet was around my ankles the whole time. When I paid for the $110 massage the masseur had the audacity to state that I didn’t leave a tip, since she was rude enough to ask, I provide what I felt was applicable - considering I planned on leaving nothing for the awful experience - then she advised that other people pay her more! I was not relaxed, I was not impressed and the whole ordeal has caused more tension than what I walked in with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Considering I was with 2 other women who all had similar complaints and experiences, a I highly doubt it was an “off day” or “one time” experience. Go to Massage Envy, Essintials Massage and Spa, almost anywhere else I’ve gone has been 100 times better than this place!"
