Zach's proposal was very detailed and very easy to understand what was included and up front price on materials that may need to be replaced after they remove the old tile roof. "After seeing 1 tile of our roof displaced from the ground, we decided to get our roof inspected. Based on the excellent reviews we selected Castilla Roofing to do the free inspection and found many areas where tiles were missing, cracked and broken. We were glad to hear that it was not necessary to replace the entire roof, but that the damaged tiles could be replaced so we contracted with Castilla Roofing to do the repair. A few examples of the repaired areas are in the posted pictures. At the end, all the work was done in less than a day and our entire experience with Castilla Roofing was excellent.
