"I had hoped to update my kitchen and a small bathroom for five years. Then decided to include whole house flooring . I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Spec Developement by a local decorator, Libby Marx Id-ology Interiors. She was quite impressed with them. I found this brother team also amazing to work with. We started in their showroom with material samples so I didn't need to run all over town make selections. Items not available I was directed to vendors they had worked with for many years and I could tell these vendors respected them. I left the area and the project continued virtually. The communication was superb which was key for this remodel. My husband was ill so guidance of this magnitude was not available. They understood and directed me every step of the way. I cannot thank them enough. I am so grateful and appreciative of Spec Development for these beautiful areas of my home."
"Spec just renovated our condo and did an amazing job! All work was completed post season in about 4-4.5 months. They have a showroom where we picked our cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, flooring and sinks. We stayed with a neutral palette and the results are amazing. Leo and Fernando are brothers who work closely together. They are great communicators. All design drawings were emailed and easily adjusted with my iPad. Once we moved our belongings to storage, we did not make extra trips to check on the progress of the project because Leo and Fernando would send me videos of the work every 1-2 weeks. We are so pleased with the results and look forward to enjoying our new space."

We used to have a dock that had a dangerous gap between the seawall and the dock. But, Spec Development didn't just improve the safety, they gave us a fantastic spot to view the dolphins!
