"Really awesome experience! I have done sauna and cold plunging separately in the past but it was my first time alternating! It really was so energizing and felt great! The studio is very clean, the owners are such nice, helpful and awesome people! ! Even the other clients were so welcoming. A few people shared with me their health changes since going there multiple times a week and it was pretty cool to hear. I will be coming back!"
