"I had an appt with Vivian at 11:30 today. I arrived 5 min early to find that she wasn’t even there and another client was waiting for her. She also had an 11:30 appt. She finally strolled in and was flippant about the fact that she was late. Told me she was going to do the other lady and then me in15-20 min. I guess she figured her time was more valuable than mine. I left."
