She is a hard working woman, highly skilled in her trade! Her newest salon is Absolutely Amazing! Just the right size! Full of Comfortable Features.. like the 'chair' where you get 'washed' .. is so comfortable! Anyone with neck injuries knows how important this feature is! It can be a dreadful part of your haircare experience when the wash-chair is cheap/uncomfortable! The salon was fully designed by Susan and adds great value to the 'overall experience' of allowing her to beautify your look! She is a master stylist and consistently has fresh new ideas for color, cut, and style! And, is also good at listening to clients' needs when communicating what you want done - not doing what she feels is best, unless you clearly express full permission to 'do your thing' if you're ready for something different! She knows exactly what I want and delivers in spades. She always takes good care of my hair whether it's the haircut, the coloring, or special treatments to keep it healthy.
