"I was pleasantly surprised by my experience having my roof replaced. I had severe damage from Hurricane Ian. Brad came out and took his time inspection my roof and my claim paperwork. He explained the entire process to me including how he would request for the code upgrades to be added to my claim. Tuttle Roofing took about 2 weeks to gather the permit and started the process of tearing off the old shingles. They did a very good job cleaning up and Brad was at the job to supervise. Once the city came out to inspect the roof, Brad and his guys were back to put on the new shingles. Everything looks great and again they cleaned up well. Brad was very efficient and detailed with dealing with the insurance company to make sure everything was included. It was nice to have him making the calls and me not having to do it. In the end, we passed the final inspection and the insurance company did send me the additional funds for the code upgrades. Brad was patient to wait for those funds to show up before asking me for the final payment. I would highly recommend him and Tuttle Roofing."
