"I have built 3 new homes and this was the best experience. Previously I built with large national builders. Vitale is honest, fair, and does not chinch on quality when the market slowed down. They give you so many extras that other builders don't. To be honest, my house was delayed due to Pasco county and some supply chain issues. It took 20 months to build. Sean, the project manager was wonderful and honest about what the delays where and why. He never glossed over the problem. He is a very honest man. I would never build with anyone else but Vitale. I also need to give a big shout out to my mortage broker Joy Porch at Hancock Whitney. She had my back through all the challenges and talked me of the ledge when rates started to rise.
