"Disappointing! I received a response to my email via VRBO from the hotel stating there was a room available for the 8 days I was looking for and the price. I called the hotel the next morning to make the reservation, but was told they didn't have 1 night in the middle of my 8 days stay. I said I would like to make the reservation and I would find a place to stay elsewhere for 1 night. The gentleman told me to wait so they could try to accommodate us for that night also and someone would get back to me by 4:00 that day. I received an email later saying they didn't have the room anymore. After replying I received another email stating they could accommodate us about half of the days. I called to talk to someone about the situation and I was told the same thing - they could accommodate us for about half of the days. When I said I would not stay there in future years or recommend them to friends I was told to have a nice day. Unfortunately, not customer-oriented in this situation :("
