"So 2 hours before my wedding started I had a phone crisis where I needed a new phone. I was there right as they opened and I was met by Lori and Austin. They were so kind, reassuring, and helped me not only get a new phone but they did it quickly and at the best cost for me. Without them I would have had no phone for my honeymoon or wedding so they truly did me such a favor. They were both great and I cannot thank them enough. "Above reproach customer service! I have been a customer of AT&T for years. This was my first time where I was immediately assisted by a Customer Service Representative. Not only was my issue and needs obtained, I was educated on cellphone options, the use of each product purchased. I was also informed after Customer Service Rep. CHRIS looked over my previous plan letting me know how I could save $ each month through the newer cellphone plans they have to offer. I am not a techie, however, Chris educated me on the different type phones offered, I purchased, and showed me how I could benefit multi tasking while using my phone. My brother who chose a different cellphone was also satisfied with him. My time in the store took an hour from start to finish, providing 2 customers, service, education and savings to cellphone plans. Each AT&T representative at this location, on this particular day, was by far, the best experience I have received shopping for cellphone service. AT&T services located on Nine Mile Rd and Pine Forrest, Pensacola Florida. It's worth the drive if you live across town."
