"After several attempts to get in touch with this place by phone, we drove out there. There was no one at the gatehouse or in the office. While we were waiting to see if someone would turn up, someone pulled up in the resident's lane. The barrier wouldn't go up for them. They got out and they also checked the gatehouse and then the office building and couldn't find anyone. After they did a u-turn and left, we did the same. I'm not going to waste my time trying again. There are plenty of other places that actually answer their phones and want to help people. Usually they wait until after you move in before the management and services deteriorate."

"I would heavily reconsider if thinking of buying or leasing from here. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially anyone who has families or would like to invite family members over. My family and I were physically assaulted in side of Laguna Caribe by a lady who mocked us for being “young”(we are in our 30s). She was claiming to be a part of the HOA and acting on behalf of the HOA at Laguna. She wanted us to leave the pool area because we were not part of Laguna Caribe only Cypress Woods. Laguna is inside of Cypress Woods and we did not know that because you are apparently only allowed to be there if you are buying drinks. We don’t drink alcohol and the bar wasn’t open. We did not know that we were only allowed at 2 of the 3 pools inside of the community, unless at the bar. We were never told this information on our rental agreements.. We were already packing our things up when this lady claiming to be the HOA decided to start yelling, choking and hitting us. Including stopping our vehicles from being able to leave when we were trying to get out of there. We did not physically fight back. We were later threatened with an eviction if we did not leave our place of residence which was at Cypress Woods with a one day notice because of the incident. No warning or anything. Just told we would have an eviction on our records if we did not leave. We were then told not to bother fighting it because they have good lawyers. If that lady truly is a part of the HOA there, I cannot imagine what other matters they have tried to keep hush-hush. This incident is all public knowledge too because police reports were filed and made on the matter. Believe the people when they say there is a hatred upon certain crowds in here or anyone with small children. It’s cliché-y. So many people drive around on the golf carts looking for anything to report to the office on people they don’t like. Almost like they are getting paid for it.. A piece of trash, a child’s toy, any kind of tool. The office and property manager also won’t talk to you if you are a renter. They won’t talk in person, call/text or email you back. They will send messages to be third-party sent to you. So you have no actual way to talk with the property manager. Incredibly frustrating and inconvenient when you need to talk with someone about important matters."

"My family moved in here and problems began immediately, at first it was you cant have this or that outside to the kind of vehicle you can have in the park, it's a joke but then when they were assualted at the pool by another resident they did nothing about the incident and instead choose to evict the victum of the assualt and her family . That's not a place I would ever want my grandchildren to even visit. It's not even a place I would want my mother living."
