Coastal Mulching and Clearing

"BEWARE!!!!!!!!!... I called them to clear a small section of land for an RV. When Ron came out to give me a estimate I thought he was a little high on the price but after talking to him the conversation changed to me wanting to make my small pond bigger and he was like OH I do that also. So we discussed it and again I thought this was high as well , but having not gotten any other estimates. I said ok because I really wanted somewhere to fish. Pond price was 12,775.00. Pond done and he told me that I should put out grass seed and seeding straw which I did. shortly there after the pond wall blew out and the sides caved in on part of it and we lost 3 1/2 foot of water and fish. He avoided my calls and scheduled appointments with me and then changed them. Finally he showed up and did a repair that is just sorry work just to get me to stop calling, then told me how it cost him 1,000.00 to come fix it like it was my fault and I needed to pay him. This guy likes to talk a lot and acts like he knows what he is doing. He is now threatening me with a attorney...... WHATCH OUT!!!!!! Adding photos of his fine work"

"Coastal Clearing and Mulching is a very good company, I had Ron and Billy come and clear 2.37 acres of forest, I was so amazed with their work, i could'nt believe it if I didn't watch them work. The equipment they have is well maintain and most appropriate for the work project required. They removed about 60-80 very tall pine trees and stacked them at the back of the property neatly, They work hard and they get the job done in a timely manner. I just had them come back out to the property to re-mulch, property use to be a forest now it is ready to build a home on in Milton, FL. The property is current for sale Thanks to Ron and Billy' work ethic. Ron Burchfield ( Owner) is a great guy, He goes out of his way to make sure the job is done to your satisfacttion , Not His and it's done in a timmely manner, He is alos a Great communicator, He let me know how long the project would take and kept me up to date during the work-performed phase. Ron is very professional and a super nice guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RON AND HIS COMPANY, TOP NOTCH I am completely satisfied and impressed with their work product Thank You Ron and Billy"

"Hands down the best experience throughout my building process with this company. Ron is very fair, accommodating and a genuine human. Good communication is hard to find these days...but not with this man. His response time was within an appropriate timeframe. Any question I had, he was happy to answer or explain. I never felt like a burden. Ron met us at our property before starting the work and went over all the details. He cares about his customer and likes to ensure you're happy with the work that's done. The fellas he has working with him are just as genuine as he is. They were very nice, down to earth, humble individuals. Most companies treat you like another dollar sign, but not Ron.
