"Wish I could give this place zero stars. Due to an unfortunate gastric emergency I had to make an emergency pit stop to use a restroom, and this was where I was unlucky enough to stop. I went in and asked the manager quite politely for the restroom key which he provided without complaint or comment. (NB: if he had said "sorry, restrooms are for customers only" I would have said "Oh, all right, thank you" and would have left promptly.) I'm not writing this review to complain about the restroom but about the behavior of staff. While I was taking care of my business the door was pounded on and a staff member rudely shouted at me. When I exited the bathroom I took the initiative to buy a product I didn't really need, out of the desire to give something back and be an actual customer of the store (this was not requested of me, but was my free choice as I felt it was only polite). My consideration was not returned as the manager rudely shouted at and berated me in front of other customers, implying I had been rude and had "treated [the establishment] like [my] home". Note that I had asked politely for the restroom key which was the appropriate moment for him to decline if he did not want customers using the facilities. I did not do any damage or cause any uncleanliness to those facilities (not that he checked before attempting to embarrass me in front of other customers). He was careful to ring up my sale for the product I selected before shouting at me, though - perhaps because he knows rudeness loses sales. Well, it has certainly lost all future sales from me and, I hope, anyone who reads this."
